VIT C IS HUGE -- MAGNESIUM MAY BE MORE HUGE, in some ways

Magnesium is involved in over 800 [processes re genes].

How / why does niacin do so much good in the body?

• Over 450 reactions use NAD as a substrate or co-factor

See database: www.PHRS-USA.com click on Vitamin B1, B2, B3 functions to see list of all genes functions.

Data derived from UnitproKB maintained by consortium consisting of several European bioinformatics organisations and a foundation in the USA.

  B1:       21 genes

  B2:    127 genes

  B3:    474 genes!

  B6:  >140 genes

  Iron:  181 genes

  Magnesium: >800 genes!         <------  !!  ##  !!
